On 12 June 2020, a member of staff contacted the customer once he had been referred to us by his Work Coach. During this assessment, his experience and needs were ascertained, and a discussion was had between the tutors to create an Action Plan. A laptop was delivered to the customer while still observing Social Distancing on 12 June 2020. Once the tutor had gained some more information via phone and email, an updated CV and cover letters were sent to him.
