On 12 June 2020, a member of staff contacted the customer once he had been referred to us by his Work Coach. During this assessment, his experience and needs were ascertained, and a discussion was had between the tutors to create an Action Plan. A laptop was delivered to the customer while still observing Social Distancing on 12 June 2020.
